Terms of sale

Prices and product specifications:
The prices of the products displayed can be VAT included / excluded. However, it is indicated on the page if the value added tax is applied.
Prices can be changed at any time, without notice. Some characteristics of the products are taken directly from the manufacturer or from qualified and specialized literature. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies.
Right of withdrawal:
For all purchases made with us you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 08/22/1999. NB: THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE TO RETAILERS AND CUSTOMERS WITH VAT NUMBER

In the letter clearly indicate the details of the purchase document and the goods you wish to return, with a reason for the return. Upon receipt of the returned goods, after the necessary checks, we will as soon as possible credit you with the amount due. The transport costs for the return of the goods will not be re-credited. Any additional costs will be charged upon notice.
The right of withdrawal lapses:
- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents)
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
In the cases indicated above, the purchased good will be returned to the sender.
The goods must be returned to us intact, complete and in their original packaging: if an item is made up of several pieces, all of them must be returned to us. The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products originally sealed and opened by the consumer (eg products with seals that determine their resale in condition of "new product".). The right of withdrawal is not applicable to products expressly ordered by us from suppliers on the customer's request and therefore not part of our usual assortment. Refunds will be made via Pay Pal and Bank Transfer. The goods travel at the buyer's risk, therefore Messrs. Customers that any claim for damage to the goods must be communicated immediately upon receipt of the goods, by signing the receipt with reservation indicating the type of damage.
SHIPMENTS FOR ITALY: shipping throughout Italy will be via certified traceable courier. Shipments will take place a maximum of twice a week, previously acknowledged on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shipping costs are expressed directly in the order. Shipments outside the ITALIAN territory, islands or disadvantaged areas may have different costs from the norm.

PAYMENT
The payment of the purchase price and the cost of shipping must be made, jointly, in a single solution, with the following methods and tax invoice on request:
A) - Fast payment with Pay Pal
B) - Advance Bank Transfer
C) - Cash on delivery + € 6.00
Shipments will take place only after the payment has been credited
The payment receipt is valid as guarantee.

The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the Privacy Policy (Legislative Decree 196/2003).
