Shipping and Warranty
Shipments usually take place at most twice a week and within 2 days of receipt of the order and payment. We use certified and traceable shippers. You will receive a waybill that you can independently track the entire shipment.
If the shipment was lost or damaged in transit, Dhsign cannot be held responsible. Lost shipments are not refunded. Otherwise request an insured shipment.
If the buyer provides incorrect addresses, we are not responsible for lost or uncollected goods
If the shipment is blocked in customs, the costs of restoring or customs clearance will be assessed
The packaging will be done with the utmost care. The goods travel at the customer's risk.
Rates depending on the courier chosen at the time of the order and subject to change without notice
You can take advantage of the law 2011/84/EU which provides for 14 days for the return (warranty excluded). To be eligible, you must write us an email containing:
order number, date, holder and address, telephone number, item to be returned and reason for return
The cost of shipping to be paid by the customer
Upon receipt of the goods, we will evaluate the condition, the completeness of the items, packaging, accessories, manuals and so on.
non-compliant or faulty goods: shipping at our expense
replacement goods by measure, size, color or simple choice of the customer: transport and costs charged to the customer
goods in substitution with another: transport and costs charged to the customer
The refund will be made in the manner that was applied at the time of purchase
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, even if not visible at the time of purchase. Therefore, all the failures caused by the customer's misuse of the product do not determine any right to the guarantee
FixShox: It is a product specifically designed for racing, competitions and professionals where performance has a higher value than longevity and durability. It does not prevent breakage of the bike, the shock or any of its parts, but it improves its general use. It is a product that bases its operation on the principle of friction and therefore wear, influenced by the environment, rider weight, type of bike, more or less heavy use and therefore where it is not possible to quantify a standard duration.
Replacement, repair under warranty, is at the sole discretion of the seller.
It does not cover shipping costs to and from the customer (national and international), customs duties, labour.
Damage to third parties of the bike is not attributable (scratches on the paintwork, ball bearings, supports, shock absorber, links, etc.)
